Casa Gaia is a Spanish Colonial–inspired, newly built studio in Newton Hills, only minutes from Boston, Cambridge, and Newton Centre. Designed for 30+ day stays, it offers privacy, style, and soulful simplicity — perfect for relocations, research fellows, visiting faculty, clinicians, or anyone seeking a peaceful place to land.

At Casa Gaia, everything has a reason — and a feeling. From handcrafted tile risers on the staircase to the terracotta-toned bathroom and custom wood details, this designer-built studio was created to be more than just beautiful. It was built to hold space for peace, presence, and restoration.

Perched above a detached structure, the studio opens to a private courtyard — a secluded outdoor retreat with micro-pebble flooring, ideal for morning coffee, an evening glass of wine, or simply enjoying fresh air in peace.

I’m a Brazilian-born designer who built Casa Gaia with deep care and thoughtfulness. Every detail was chosen to inspire comfort and connection, so you can feel not just at home, but truly seen, safe, and restored.
